The importance of keeping your body Alkalized (as opposed to Acidized)

cancer-cells.jpgDid you know that most degenerative disease attributed to aging, such as cancer, osteoporosis and heart disease, and other diseases such as allergy, kidney stones and gallstones have all been scientifically linked to mineral deficiencies that result in your body fluids becoming more acidic?

I was researching on the web for alkaline vs. acid levels in the body and found this site: http://www.liferesearchuniversal.com/acid.html

Here's an excerpt from the page:

Furthermore, scientists report that over 150 or more degenerative diseases are caused by high acid levels!! Parasites, viruses, bad bacteria, and disease CAN NOT live in an alkaline body. Generally, it is good to keep an 80/20 balance between alkaline and acid, respectively.

The bottom line is, if your body is more Alkaline, then you are naturally in a higher state of consciousness. Adversely, the more Acidic, the more grounded and lower state of consciousness.
